Paulo is a co-founder of Crisis Simulations International He served as a financial director for Fipecq Foundation for more than 15 years. He was responsible for asset management and external relationships of the organization with larger economic, governmental, and social institutions. He evaluated complex investments managing risks while integrating financial decisions for the Foundation.

In an environment with conflicts of interest and legal/regulatory rules, Paulo was instrumental in helping the Brazilian government establish new rules for the regulation of pension funds. He is a specialist in how to balance the opportunities and risks associated with dynamic and uncertain changes in the industry.

Paulo also worked for Industrial Bank developing new products, creating value through corporate restructuring, international financial management, and spearheading operational strategy.
