What kind of simulations has Crisis Simulations International implemented?

CSI has worked with government agencies, the US military, local communities and regional healthcare alliances on a number of scenarios: a flu pandemic, an active school shooter scenario, a hospital evacuation, and a large-scale explosion.

For example, CSI principals recently simulated a terrorist attack in Portland, Oregon. The simulation lasted two hours, involved multiple agencies in Portland and Multnomah County and made extensive use of expert facilitation, realistic multimedia, and simulation technology. It was cited by local television and newspapers as an example of city and state officials applying state-of-the-art technology to better protect the biggest city in Oregon.
